• Responsible for the daily analysis of pieces imported to Sao Paulo, Manaus and Bahia´s plant, determining the action to be taken in each case and ensuring that the quantities of stock are adequate;
• Daily telephone calls with international and national suppliers;
• Daily follow up of international shipments, experience with suppliers located in Asia, North America and Europe;
• Inventory control and analysis (inside the plant and stocked in Dry Port in Guarulhos) and all your logistics requirements until the pieces arrival in the production line, including rejected parts and entrance.
• Responsible for follow up of the Custom Dispatcher and Cargo Agents in order to clear all Visteon´s international shipments in order to complete the import processes until supply Visteon plant;
• Accompaniment of production volumes, release increases or decreases and any alteration that comes to influence directly in the departures of the international suppliers;

• Reports development for accompaniments, subdivided in Banks (Santander, Banespa and Meridional), agencies, regional and customers, up-to-date reports (weekly and monthly);
• Data control and analysis, services quantitative and qualitative rendered by the Bank and by the area;
• Bank campaigns accompaniment and of the area;
• General administrative routine;
• Reports development of the area of M.I.S.
