In Automotive Purchasing I was responsible for electrical components, including cable harnesses. I have also participated in the development of a new area called Commercial Systems, which was focused on implementing procurement processes and routines and including dealers into Scania’s contracts. Experienced with global agreements and negotiations, and worked close to Scania´s mother company in Sweden in order to define strategies for short and long term.I work with tools like SWOT, TCO, SRM, APQP, supplier analysis and manage KPIs, SLA and general contracts with the suppliers. I worked for 2 years at Scania in Sweden as a Sourcing Manager, responsible for global purchasing of Infrastructure Softwares and projects related to it. Activities were RFQ, RFI, visits to suppliers in Sweden and abroad, negotiation of local and global agreements, strategies definitions, cost reduction activities, suppliers development, etc.
