=> Increase the profitability of the company applying the strategies: Vendor Rationalization and Changing Organizational Structure in the Procurement Department.=> Promote the development of suppliers of goods and services in the local market, to replace direct purchases with manufacturers abroad, improving delivery time and reducing acquisition costs.=> Designing, specifying, implementing and maintaining long-term contracts in order to reduce the cost of goods and services - Strategic Sourcing and Outsourcing Strategy.=> Ensure full compliance with the operational requirements and procedures, including the transactions required by SAP for the acquisition of goods and services.

=> Provide support to the inventory team as it relates to inventory netting, cycle counts, and physical stock takes.=> Work with local management and finance to identify SLOB and provide feedback on disposition of excess inventory.=> Work with operations to identify gaps in local inventory practices and drives initiatives and als communicates inventory best practices inside the company. => Consistently work to improve internal Key Performance Indices (KPIs) related to local logistics and Materials.

=> Coordinate the logistics of materials, involving identification, preparation, transportation and control of tools, equipment, and supplies aggregates, sent / received, in order to meet the needs of internal and external customers.=> Monitor the preparation of documentation logistics materials (description, origin and destination of the equipment, certificates, invoices, permits, etc.) in order to comply with legal and contractual purposes or for internal control.

=> Develop and maintain formal processes to track and communicate demands for products and services supplied by the Macae Maintenance Facility.=> Interface with the Ops coordinators regarding equipment requirements on an ongoing or, if applicable, day to day basis.=> Review Surface/ Downhole Systems “Forecast Utilization v Fleet Size” to plan fleet additions/rationalisation.
