Below, I highlight some of the main initiatives and their notable impacts:✓ Managed the IT infrastructure for Credit Suisse Bank in Brazil, being responsible for the design and implementation of the Credit Suisse Data Centers in 2012. This initiative consolidated the technological environments of Credit Suisse and the brokerage firm Credit Suisse Hedging Griffo, accompanying the move to the new headquarters and implementing the concept of remote processing. ✓ Designed and developed the implementation of Credit Suisse's contingency site, ensuring that, in the event of a disaster, 100% of operations were restored within 4 hours. In addition, I implemented Credit Suisse's Bahamas contingency site in Brazil with an RPO of 5 minutes. ✓ Coordinated the data protection project with synchronous replication for the secondary site, ensuring the integrity and continuity of critical data without interruption. I was responsible for implementing the Remedy ITSM solution in Brazil, as part of the global ITIL rollout, aligning local methodologies with global standards. ✓ Prepared the network infrastructure in partnership with the Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros (BVMF), developing a market-leading solution ready to support the most advanced trading platforms.✓ As Local Security Officer, I was responsible for the annual infrastructure budget, defining technological trends and projects for Credit Suisse, as well as planning the initial infrastructure and its evolution plan for the Península startup, a company related to Credit Suisse.
