I am Global Technical Support Engineer responsible to support as technical engineer PayPal Latina America Region, including PayPal businesses units: Brazil, Mexico and CLAC (Caribbean and Latina America Countries).Main Reponsabilities:Technical Support, Integration Engineer and Technical Account Manager.Works directly with developers, merchant and internal teams on post integration issues to provide technical support, consulting and best practices.Installation and configuration of payment APIs, and commerce products.Conducts test scenarios for technical issues with code, software, hardware, devices and endpoints.Communicates technical issues to PayPal merchants and internal departments.Identifies irregularities in functionality and unexpected behaviors with PayPal products and services.Ability to diagnose and identify issues with API’s, Code, Services, and Network connectivity. Supports Mobile hardware such as Iphone, Ipads, Andriod devices, Tablets.Supports hardware and software involved with merchant payment processing.Works with various vendors to isolate and resolve hardware\software issues.Supports onboarding of merchants with a payment processing solution.Lead and/or coordinate A/B testing or other research testing efforts to derive data about the performance of existing and new product features and functionality;Identify, troubleshoot, and run test scenarios for technical issues with PayPal code, software, hardware, devices and endpoints, and communicate fixes or workarounds for an issue;Generate and review in-depth technical information (Sample code, white papers, FAQs, Snippets) for distribution to PayPal merchants;Serve as a knowledgeable resource to provide technical business solutions to merchants and developers, and to address PayPal product questions with our Sales departments;Attend meetings and take on leader role as point of contact or stakeholder for projects;After hours on-call coverage for escalations and critical issues;
