In this new phase as a partner, the standards and challenges have risen. I had the opportunity to be involved in creating major projects and collaborating on the evolution of others. I played a key role in the rebranding of Memed, adjusting over 25 front-end modules across various frameworks. I led the creation and development of our Design System (Epiderme), along with the Storybook and components that brought consistency and agility to this new phase of the company, all tested unit-wise with 100% coverage, making our front-end more resilient. I was actively involved in the initiative that changed the loading strategy of Memed's microfrontend modules, reducing the platform’s first contentful paint from 20 seconds to 5. I implemented a proof of concept for an end-to-end testing project, which was eventually integrated into the deployment pipeline, preventing various incidents and serving as an enabler to eliminate costly third-party solutions (Datadog Synthetic Tests). I implemented hundreds of user journey events, enabling a data-driven approach for the product team, facilitating demand prioritization and indirect monetization from the analysis and use of this data. I also implemented feature toggles using the open-source tool Unleash, allowing for feature control given the critical nature of the segment, and carried out important A/B tests to improve platform conversion. I won the Christmas Hackweek with a focus on monetization, where our team developed three different solutions with the potential to bring millions to the company’s revenue. Additionally, we built the entire back office for these solutions, granting autonomy to the Sales team and reducing the burden on the technical team.
