CurrentReview professional or government reports of projections of business growth trends.Direct and oversee overall financial and budgetary activities.Provide direction and leadership in the development and communication of operating policies and business goals.Determine the direction of the organization by working with upper management and leading team members to create and implement business strategies and goals.Research opportunities for growth and determine opportunities to add to current offerings to meet client demands.Review and evaluate individual managers’ budget decisions and expense allocations.Compare business objectives with expenditure requirements and make adjustments to promote profitability.Review competitor information and amend programs to increase competitiveness.Review weekly, monthly, and quarterly profit and loss statements and budget forecasts. Regularly meet with finance professionals and the Board to discuss financial performance and budgets.Conduct weekly meetings with upper managers across the global organization to review sales reports, and marketing plans.Hire or approve the hiring of new managerial employees to meet the growing demand of the company’s business objectives.Approve and authorize the reevaluation of pricing structure and compensation packages.Approve the marketing and research analysis prepared by delegated subordinate, for growth and determine opportunities to add to current offerings to meet client demand.Set short-term and long-term objectives as well as develop strategies to reach them. This also involves the review and approval of short-term and long-term objectives proposed by upper management.
