My work includes data analytics, machine learning, research in health equity, health disparities, and culturally and linguistically appropriate initiatives.I am the co-author of the Core Medical Interpreter Training™ program and textbook, and I'm the author of the "Workbook for Medical interpreters."Teaching experience at the undergraduate level, as well as in bilingual K12 settings.Over ten years of experience in Professional Medical Interpreting (Consecutive, Simultaneous and Sight Translation) for high complexity cases in the major hospitals of the Philadelphia Metropolitan Region, including pediatric and adult hospitals.BSc in Biology, BA in Education, completed coursework on a Master's in Higher Education. I've worked in bilingual K12 schools from 2007 until 2011, and as ICT Coordinator from 2008 to 2011, these experiences helped me in developing self-learning skills. I embrace the use of technology and its implementation in Education as part of strong pedagogical methodologies.Over 7 years of experience in Human Assisted Reproductive Technologies in Peru and the USA.Specialties: public health, learning facilitation, preparation of multimedia presentations, negotiating, public speaking, consulting, writing, editing, networking, software design, website administration, multimedia editing, mash-ups, etc.
