Continued to coach and facilitate the teams into delivering output through 2-week sprints that contributed to multiple facets of the products of School Improvement Network.* As Lead/Release Scrum Master: was responsible for identifying and addressing improvement areas of the development process across all development and QA teams, while at the same time coordinating with other departments to fill manpower, facilities, and operational needs. • Managed both office operations and resource development of personnel from Engineering, Infrastructure, Support, and Content teams.• Spearheaded the transition of the team to Exist Global when Morphlabs relocated its base of operations to the USA. Worked with Exist to carry over choice aspects of Morph’s culture, such as the quarterly performance evaluation. Acted as key liaison between several departments of the two companies during the transition, with the objective of making sure that both sides’ expectations were well-managed and met.• In previous post as Development Manager: led the hiring and building of the original Engineering team, and proceeded to manage their careers with them. Helped build the work culture of the company as well. Reported directly to the company’s CTO. Handled the quarterly performance evaluation of entire engineering team to help the company in moving key pieces to important roles. Instrumental in helping accelerate the career growth of several then-junior-level engineers. Assisted where needed (QA, support, finance, and administrative tasks), but mostly served as de facto project manager for multiple cloud-oriented products.
