Responsible for opening and developing the Belarusian representative office. Staff recruitment, development of regulations, development and implementation of new services, setting up sales and analytics departments, signing contracts with clients and presentations. Belarusian entity consisted of 130 employees. The main goal of the product was field marketing research for FMCG clients. Our research teams gathered and analyzed a large amount of data using a self-learning neural network to process many photos from points of sale. Our clients received reports full of insights prepared in PowerBi, Tableau, or Qlicksense.Main clients, we have worked with: Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Savushkin, Ahmad Tea, Śniezka, Krasny pischevik, etc.

I organised and ran events to attract, select and train young professionals. I was responsible for team selection, client acquisition, case development for partner companies, the launch of new products, negotiations with government organisations and international cooperation.
