I work on a world-class team of engineers and flood insurance experts focused on developing data-driven products for Neptune Flood, the largest private flood insurance technology firm in the US.I manage a team of 15 customer success representatives, managers, and directors, and I focus on developing AI solutions which enable my team to scale and serve our growing customer base of 200k+ policyholders, agents and lenders. I also love to help to advance our society’s awareness of flood risks and the implications of climate change through speaking at conferences and publishing.
