-Elaborating company development strategy for one of our subsidiaries - leading OTC trading platform NTpro-Developed conception and roadmap to enter cryptocurrency market and creating ECN platform (similar to EBS, Bloomberg FXGO)-Create and Implementing new products such as new instruments (PLD/PLT, GTT in OTC board, VWAP), OTC trading trough central counterparty

- Creation treasury department’s sales desk (FX, Derivatives, DCD) from empty field to working products that brings profit- Formation of development strategy connected with new products implementation (FX, Derivatives, DCD)- implement and manage trading platform – Novikom FX- lead a project of derivative trade automation: creation of business requirements (BPMN), participation in approval of technical requirements, interaction with IT, back and middle offices on the issues of necessary improvements- updating and writing of internal documents, as well as building internal business procedures in connection with the introduction of new products

- Establishing and maintaining close partnerships with internal relationship with colleagues to identify and call on clients with FX needs and deliver products and solutions to meet those needs;- Training client managers and support staff on FX products and procedures;- Advising clients and business lines on FX hedging strategies, market opportunities, developments and trends;- Structuring, pricing and executing foreign exchange transactions with clients- Liaising with middle and back office teams to ensure smooth processing throughout the trade life-cycle;- Participation in continued development of e-commerce capabilities in FX, including coordinating with IT to select, enhance and build out third party FX platforms;- Managing the introduction of new FX products through the new product review and approval process.

- Dealing a wide range of currencies (both Mature and Emerging) to Clients;- Responsible for dealing, taking orders/ IQ-orders and executing Spot FX, Swaps and Forwards – across G10 currencies and emerging currencies to a wide variety of Institutional Clients;-Daily monitoring of portfolio position, Client accounts and limits in conjunction with Market Risk;-Reporting and monitoring daily/weekly profit of Department;-Daily use of Reuters and Bloomberg.
