Production was increased by 38% due to the new manufacturing processes that I implemented.• Led the integration and reorganization of UK and German operations, resulting in an overhead cost reduction of A$5m PA.• Optimized production methods and procedures using lean manufacturing techniques (5S) to minimize product costs, reviewed plant, maximizing plant utilization, maintained vendor assessment and selected new plant / equipment as required, this reduced costs by 23%.• Managed health & safety of personnel and site using DuPont methodology, assessed risks.
