Was responsible for the entire Supply Chain in Brazil, managing an inventory of USD 500 M in aircraft consumables and parts. Managing a team of 40 leaders (5 managers and 35 coordinators and supervisors) and over 430 employees. Reporting to the CPO.Led the Procurement team based both in São Paulo and Santiago following the LATAM - LAN Chile merger, working jointly with McKinsey consultancy, reviewing all global contracts to assess synergies.Implemented the Center of Excellence in LATAM's logistics operations encompassing all seven countries where the company was present, including logistics footprint design and standardization of operations.Optimized supply chain processes in Brazil, increasing productivity by over 15%, reducing lead time in Procurement and Logistics, while implementing the Lean Culture. Managing a team of 2 coordinators and 20 buyers. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director.Led cost reduction in onboard services, generating savings of 20%.Generated average savings of 12% in materials purchasing and a 33% extension in payment terms.Implemented a meritocracy process for buyers and suppliers to improve performance and service level (Lean Office).
