Director Business Development Glen is a founding member of OES in 1996 and instrumental in its start-up, growth, and well-renowned name across the oil and gas industry. He is a dedicated, values driven global business leader and currently holds the position as Director of Business Development. Glen has progressed through the ranks in the company over the last 26 years, holding positions such as Operations Manager, Vice President and until recently has passed the field service work to his colleagues, to continue with the passion he had for the third-party audit and inspection division he has cultivated. Glen’s passion for professional learning and development has gained many admirers from both drilling contractors and operators for his services and support. He has been highly sought after for high profile inspection services, assisting in acquisitions of drilling rigs, and participating in fair market valuations for future IPO opportunities. He has also dedicated his time as a special Consultant with law firms providing expert witness information on high profile arbitration oil and gas cases. Glen is highly skilled subject matter expert in the field of commissioning and auditing of onshore and offshore drilling rigs. He has also written, developed, and executed many of the industry inspection report packages in use today, which have been converted to tablet-based checklists and reporting systems. Staying in front of the competition with inventive ideas, and technological enhancements in inspection services, he has always pushed innovation to the forefront when applying inspection techniques and offering clients a high level of service through originality and concept reporting methods. Glen maintains a vital role within OES with focus on their services and client development. Glen aims to progress the audit and commissioning, mechanical and electrical division and provide a larger global footprint for these services. In addition, he aims to increase the market share and continue to seek new and unchartered areas related to audits and commissioning and electrical and mechanical services.
