Plan, direct, and coordinate the marketing of our residential and light commercial HVAC products by developing and executing plans/programs to ensure sales growth and ensure future expansion of products and services. Responsible for communications of tradeshows, print materials, web content, promotions, and translations where applicable. Coordinate pricing strategy based on competitive assessments, initiates price change actions internally/externally, and measures impact of those decisions.

Representation of Enertech Global, LLC products: Hydron Module, Geo-Comfort, and Tetco water-source-heat-pumps throughout the state of Michigan, while also serving as a National Technical Trainer. Responsibilities include all aspects of assisting in sales growth of existing customers, establishing new customers, promotion of geothermal technology as-a-whole, as well as providing ongoing technical training and the creation of new curriculum.

Specifically, my responsibilities involve the creation of Technical Education curriculum on existing and new products, and in delivering presentations on site and in-house. Although typically face-to-face, lecture-style classroom delivery; I also have created e-learning curriculum and webinars. As Manager of Technical Education, I also share responsibilities with Technical Services. When I am not on the road, I am one of five (5) professionals who field service calls from technicians. Whether Oil Furnaces, Wall-Mounts, Engineered Institutional Products, or Specialized Control Platforms, I assist in troubleshooting technical problems & facilitating solutions. I often lend assistance to engineers and architects in applications and load-estimation services, including geothermal field design, custom wiring/control diagrams, and sequence-of-operation literature. I have acted as liason to Engineering, offering assistance on remote sites in vetting prototype systems and troubleshooting problematic operations. Additionally, I have served as Technical Writer, and I have written manuals on advanced controls & ventilation equipment. I have written Sales and Marketing copy on multiple product lines, and I have proofread many others. I have delivered Introduction Presentations on key new products in different tradeshow venues (ie: ASHRAE and IGSHPA).
