• Increased capacity with fewer errors in service delivery by analyzing business process and creating business requirements to develop internal programs that used NSCC data and feeds.• Improved client experience and retention by providing greater accuracy and timing with distribution postings on statements by creating an automated distribution program by utilizing NSCC, DST and FDC feeds. Managed and created the design of the program and vendor data to interface seamlessly with Legacy. Duration of project 9 months.• Initiated and designed from inception the creation of a Purchase and Sales program that enabled the daily reconciliation of Mutual Funds trading to be completed on an exception basis. By utilizing FundServ reporting from the NSCC trades over 400 fund families were able to be reconciled by 2 teams in less than 45 minutes versus 12 teams in 60 minutes. Duration of project 7 months.• Partnered with Cash Reconciliation and IT teams to create a new Mutual Funds cashiering system including wire transfer and wire/cash reconciliation.• Developed and implemented staff skill assessment matrix for department to manage employee development and staffing needs.
