- Investigate, facilitate and resolve complaints against financial advisers and independent brokers. - Investigate and resolve Executive complaints.- Mitigate risk, financial and reputational for the business.- Investigate policy related complaints against insurer.- Direct liaison with regulators and complaints handling bodies e.g. FAIS Ombud, Long-Term Ombudsman, Pension Funds Adjudicator and Financial Services Board and Media.- Conduct investigation, do analysis and prepare formal response letters FAIS Ombud, Long-Term Ombudsman, Pension Funds Adjudicator and Financial Services Board and Media.- To establish working relationships with business partners, various sales channels, this is to ensure we mitigate the risk, prepare case studies and have continuous professional development. - Assess risk associated with advice provided to customers, ensure compliance is adhered to and taking TCF principles into account.- Implementation of Error Cause Removal principals - ensure proper controls are put in place to mitigate risk for the business, set up complaints resolution committee meetings to discuss complaints with sales channels. - Liaise with business partners in terms of training needs identified, recommend training where required. - Reporting and trend analysis on all cases received quarterly for different sales channels.- Do presentations on complaints handling trends and complaints avoidance.
