Glen Costanzo has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate and construction industry, including heavy civil, residential homebuilding, remodeling and commercial building. He served as Division President for Syncon Homes for over 3 years and was part of the Syncon Homes Executive Team for 8 years. He was responsible for the overall homebuilding operations including sales and marketing, construction, purchasing, and customer service. Mr. Costanzo is the Principal of Titus Builders, Inc. and is responsible for the entire operations. Mr. Costanzo is responsible for supervising the execution and implementation of the entire business plan from acquisition to construction, through closing escrow. He has managed over 2000 homes and over $700M in revenue throughout his career. Mr. Costanzo is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, where he majored in Construction Management. He has held a CA Real Estate License since 2007 and a CA Broker License since July 2012. Mr. Costanzo is the Broker/Principal for Sorelle Properties, Inc. and Sorelle Homes.
