Translated experience and lessons learned in Afghanistan into the development of two serials of the final major exercise for troops deploying to Afghanistan, in addition to operationalizing three serials designed by colleagues. Further highlights include building synergy with confirming authorities on the planning of 2400 personnel exercises with the goal of simulating the operating environment of Afghanistan through state-of-the-art weapons effect simulation.

Regional Command South Headquarters Canadian Forces – Kandahar, Afghanistan

Deployed to Afghanistan in 2006 to contribute combat engineering planning and coordination to the Regional Command South Headquarters. Worked closely with cross-national army engineering and NGO partners to a wide range of reconstruction projects as well as led planning and resource coordination for engineering operations and route clearing mandates.
