I was drawn to programming through recreational game development in 2010. Since then I have obtained over 10 years in development experience across multiple industries with over 4 of those years spent in leadership and management roles. I enjoy staying up-to-date on the latest developments in the industry and using that knowledge to constantly build upon and optimize existing systems. This eagerness to remain current has led me to design systems and features that provide the best technology has to offer for its time. My primary focus in development has been within the Microsoft .Net environment and Azure Cloud, with a secondary focus on Angular and website design.When it comes to managing my team, I prioritize a healthy growth environment where members of my team are not afraid to ask questions and make mistakes. I promote a culture where we all succeed or fail together and encourage everyone to be each other's support to ensure our success.My goal is to design user friendly systems that assist to streamline common business processes and helpmaximize productivity.
