• My duty was to manage end-to-end processing of all non-UK corporate actions solely, whilst providing quality services within specified deadlines. I was responsible for compiling daily Client Money Report (CMR).
• Spearheaded transformation of Euroclear corporate action functions from Settlements team to Corporate Actions team, including report capture, instruction input, and verification.
• Introduced additional checking reports to maintain 100% success rate for event capture and instruction processing via Euroclear.
• Maintained meticulous record to ensure zero unidentified stock breaks on overseas holdings.

• End to end processing of mandatory, voluntary and high risk corporate actions, including income events (dividends), occurring on 3 CREST member accounts.
• Achieved 90% reduction of financial losses resulting from errors related to instruction and event processing.
