Control system management and program editing of:o PLCs - Siemens S7, Allen Bradley and Toshibao DCS - Yokogawa Centum VP & Micro-XLInstallation, calibration and commissioning of all analogue level transmitter types and process instrumentation including:o Radar, Ultrasonic, Laser, Differential Pressure and Capacitance Transducerso PID controllers, Mass Flow/Density, Magnetic Flow and pH Meters.- HART communication via AMS and PactWareHigh Voltage Switching for routine Transformer inspections, Air Circuit Breaker maintenance and general shutdown work.Installation/commissioning of variable speed drives:o Siemens, Teco, Emotron, Telemecanique, Bonfiglioli, Santerno and Danfoss. Assembly and spanning of plant pneumatic process valve equipment such as:o Electro-Pneumatic Positioners, Diaphragm/Rack-and-Pinion Actuators and Butterfly/Ball Valves.Troubleshooting of finished product equipment:o Motoman Robotic Palletiser, Erkomat palletiser, Visy Printing System, Bar Code Scanners, Load Cells, Ultrasonic Bag Sealers, Light Curtains, Photocells and Proximity Sensors.Thermal Imaging for preventative maintenance within MCCs & DBsUpdate, create and modify AutoCAD drawingsUtilising knowledge of Food Safety, HACCP and Chemical Awareness providing a safe and appropriate approach to all work environments and process conditions.
