A high I and D at your SeRvIcE!!!! I have 14 years of retail experience and have had the pleasure of being with TSC since May of 2013. I've spent time as a Team Lead 1 and was then promoted to a ASM I within a short time. I spent 3 months as an Interim Store Manager and helped improve the stores productivity and moral while in place. I have spent time building my leadership and retail skills in companies like Lowe's, Best Buy, Home Depot, and now Tractor Supply Company. I have received many local, regional and company wide customer service awards over my time in retail. I have spent time leading and planing teams in community involvement and community outreach through Home Depot on a district level. I enjoy teaching and developing the staff around me and giving Team Members the tools to be successful in their professional and personal lives. I enjoy working in training groups and skills leadership.
