About Glen Lance

It has been 49 years that I have been working in the world of Information Technology. The changes that I have seen, to say the least, have been massive. For me, I do not think I could have chosen a career path that has offered so much diversity and yet allowed a high school educated person such as myself such a wonderfully fulfilling career.For the last 27 years, I have had the absolute pleasure to work in Canberra. Canberra is the capital of the IT world in Australia. As an "IT Person" what more could you ask for. On this wonderful journey, I have worked with some remarkable people and met 1000's more who have made my work-life balance an absolute pleasure. There are far too many to try to individually name you but thank you for putting up with me.My Specialties were: Cloud, data communications, networking infrastructure, software defined networks, data centres, wireless networks, structured cabling, optical fibre networks.
