I am the Chief Executive Officer of Rose Villa, a beautiful, progressive and forward-thinking CCRC in Portland, Oregon. With over 13 years of experience in the senior living industry, I have a certification as an assisted living facility administrator in Oregon and a strong background in hospitality and clinical operations. My passion is to create exceptional environments for older adults and their families, enabling them to live healthy, purposeful, and independent lives, while embracing diversity and inclusion in our community. As the CEO of Rose Villa, I oversee all aspects of the campus, which offers a variety of living options, amenities, and services for our residents. I deliver high-quality and compassionate care, as well as exceptional hospitality and customer service, to our residents and their families. I also foster a culture of engagement, empowerment, and collaboration among our staff, who share our values of grace, courage, and integrity. Some of my achievements include developing and implementing a socially sustainable marketing plan, increasing resident satisfaction and retention, improving operational efficiency and financial performance, and enhancing staff development and recognition.
