I am an apprenticeship coordinator employed by The College’s Partnership. I am responsible for the delivery of vocational qualifications to learners in the Royal Signals. I have gained over 29 years work experience within the Telecommunications industry. I am currently carrying out a certificate in education course to further widen by skill set.I currently work as an assessor and support up to 85 learners ensuring that they are supported throughout the period of their Advanced Level Telecommunications Apprenticeship. I assess learner evidence and provide feedback to let them know if they have achieved the required standards. I carry out training reviews with learners at intervals in accordance with company policies. I provide support to learners who feel challenged by the tasks they are set and mentor them through the process. I also teach Functional Skills Mathematics, English and Information and Communication Technologies at Level 2 to the Apprentices’ that require it.
