• Managed all aspects of the Government Systems Division Customer Support Center, including billing dispute resolution, operations reporting, account reconciliation, receivables management and budgeting, as well as supervising a staff of national account customer support representatives in Sprint s GSD headquarters. • Responsible for all administrative and human resource issues of the support representatives, including yearly evaluation, analysis of automated call detail (ACD) volumes and manned hours, reporting & scheduling, workload prioritization and special project assignment. • Participated as a member of several Government Systems Division business process improvement teams tasked with assessing the current order/provisioning/billing processes; determining problems, issues & gaps, documenting and measuring results and communicating quantifiable, practical solutions to senior level management. • Led Sprint s data billing financial/operations reporting team in developing timely and accurate product, revenue and cost analysis for executive teams in various organizations within Sprint, including Commercial Billing, Government Systems Division, Customer Service, Product Management, Network Translations, Order Management and Gross Margin Accounting.• Supervised internal development and automation of Sprint’s Virginia Billing Services measures and data collection; worked with Sprint’s main development group to assess current billing/reporting systems, and update reporting database as required.
