• Managed professional development, course and deployment scheduling of junior personnel to maximise their ability to satisfy all goals outlined at the commencement of the performance review period.
• Required to manage personnel to ensure all flying and ground tasks could be accomplished as and when required by command. This included creating leave plans with personnel, maintaining manning plots, and reacting to.
• Continued to manage the amendment and publication of technical and operations manuals and references for Operator and Maintenance use. Drafted proposals for incorporation into publications, increased the accessibility.
