Negotiated a 42,000 square foot, $13M lease between a local developer and private college in advance of the project’s delivery. Structured the sale leaseback of a 52,000 SF office building valued at $10.8M to a public real estate investment trust.Represented an owner in the sale of a 31,000 square foot office building in Arlington County to a medical group. The class C property sold for over $7M in a depressed market.Represented the principal shareholder of a medical practice in an off-market acquisition of a $3.5M office building in downtown McLean.

Facilitated the sale of an 85,000 square foot medical office building (build-to-suit) valued at over $20M to a local REIT. Represented a non-profit in the acquisition of its 40,000 square foot headquarters with an aggregate lease value in excess of $18M.Assisted a national university in the acquisition of 52 apartment units located within one mile of its Northern Virginia campus. The $10M master lease was the result of a strategic plan to consolidate student housing from eight properties to two, and to secure expansion rights at fixed rents.Represented a non-profit in the relocation of its headquarters and reduced its occupancy costs over 20%
