This has gained me a lot of customers from my competitors.· As a manufacturing engineer, I am accustomed to adapting quickly to meet customer needs and demands. Senior Manufacturing Engineer/Capital Project Manager

Oseco

· Duties included but not limited to management of tooling, processes, equipment and tooling of all disc fabrication equipment, machining equipment, lasers.· Purchased and implemented 3 different 3D printers. These were used to create tooling and prototypes for tooling to be used in the shop.· Setup a service center in Midland Texas for our safety plug trailers. This facility was set up to serve as a storefront for our customers as well as a facility to repair our equipment.· Managed multiple projects to purchase and implement 2 laser cells – each cell consisted of a laser used to score the disc to a certain depth, a light/camera source that would inspect and detect pin holes if created. The approximate cost of each cell was $350,000 to $400,000.· Implemented the first phase of connected factory in the plant. Using this method, we removed any human error from the recordkeeping process and any chance of the operator fabricating false records. This also gained us more business with other corporations that required automatic record keeping vs manual entry and this reduced questions when it came to any audits for certifications such as ISO 9001, 15001 and others needed in the industry.· Planned and lead new $8,000,000 plant expansion. This added 23,000 square foot of manufacturing area and approximately 9,000 square feet of office space. I was over the design of the office area, implementation of the IT infrastructure (~$750,000), phone systems, alarm systems, fire systems, electrical and plumbing placement.· Project manager of the design and implementation of adding an additional scored disc cell. By adding 2 score presses, 1 form press, an annealing oven, 2 temperature test ovens and a water break test structure to add 25% capacity to our existing abilities. This project's budget was around $670,000.
