· Responsible for assisting management in all areas of technical operations including installation, relocation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of various electronic gaming machines/slot machines (EGM), electronic table games (ETG) and table gaming equipment.· Responsible for overseeing a particular team of technicians on a particular shift, or project.· Ensures that there are no defective EGM, ETG and table gaming equipment by performing preventive maintenance. · Ensures that all EGM and ETG communicate accurately with internal systems for accounting purposes; researches and resolves issues that arise with same.· Provides technical support in slot operation and table games.· Prepares accurate report and record of all work performed and parts used for repair/altercations/modifications subject to inventory.· Inspect and test new software, hardware and Gaming Machines for use at MCE Leisure (Philippines) Corporation. Report new faults and other relevant information to manufacturers as required.
