For more than 20 years I have interpreted law, legislation and compliance related matters in complex areas such as surveillance, law enforcement, local and state government regulatory authorities and most recently in franchise development.Most recently my advanced studies in Government Investigations and Fraud Control as well as my clinical studies in the behavioural sciences and Trauma Informed Counselling have equipped me with invaluable insights into the complexities of analysing fraud, mental health and well being, particularly in dealing with individuals facing complex trauma, which I believe are highly relevant to the role of an investigator in today’s complex climate.I have sound research and analytical skills, a keen eye for detail and exceptional ability to simplify complex information to communicate to key stakeholders. Former member of Victoria Police at the rank of Senior Constable, I have undertaken numerous operational roles across the State.I have highly developed managerial and supervisory skills, having run my own business in both the health and wellness space and the private security industry specialising in providing quality surveillance and under-cover services. I planned, conducted and led small teams undertaking surveillance operations for the Government, Corporate and Private sectors in a variety of settings. I have also undertaken overt investigations roles in local and state government regulatory Authorities dealing with compliance and enforcement related matters.My diverse background uniquely positions me to excel as an Investigator in today’s dynamic landscape as it enables me to approach complex matters with sensitivity and empathy, fostering trust and co-operation among victims, witness and suspects alike.
