Contracted as an Assistant Construction Manager to oversee Structural, Mechanical and Piping construction completion through to handover with McConnell Dowell (MacDow) as part of the Santos GLNG Upstream project at Roma 02 Hub Qld.Provide leadership and direction to Structural, Mechanical and Piping Supervisors.Prepare and conduct daily supervision progress meetings.Review work scopes for planning & scheduling.Liase with Quality co ordinator, welding supervisor and welding inspectors to ensure compliance to Australian standards and client specifications.Prepare and deliver Pre start and toolbox meetings.Ensure compliance of all WHS&E requirements.Manage all HR / IR matters.Attend and provide reports at production progress meetings with client.Mentor team members.
