Provide functional leadership to a team of 10 Distribution, Warehouse, and Inventory Control supervisors, and 4 administrative staff across 2 unionized locations in Barrie and Sudbury, and 1 non-union location in Owen Sound. Hourly paid staff is made up of 66 delivery drivers, and 51 warehouse employees at the 3 locations. The objective of the Field Operations team is to provide superior customer service to a territory of direct store delivery customers, while optimizing total cost to serve.

Provide functional leadership to a team of transportation and materials management professionals on a journey to become our customer’s most valued supplier. The department’s key objectives are to enhance customer service while at the same time optimizing our assets and improving efficiencies.• Manage a staff of 6 Managers and 30 Planning/Analyst staff through a regional organization• Accountable for a $55 million transportation budget comprised of 20% internal fleet and 80% external carriers servicing the country coast to coast, utilizing road, rail and ocean carriers• Production and materials planning to support 170 million cases annual sales through 7 Coca-Cola manufacturing facilities and 5 co-packer relationships• Responsible for Inventory planning and deployment of $80 million monthly finished goods inventory across 36 Distribution Centers and 7 Plants throughout Canada• Responsible for flexing a $4 million annual third party warehouse budget and inventory management activities in major Canadian cities• Execute product commercialization initiatives to support corporate innovation strategies
