While at Air Dynamics, I created flyers, print-mail ads, websites, social media ads, logos, and vehicle graphics. With my design, they professionally wrapped four vans and a pickup truck. I worked closely with team leaders and co-workers to generate over $1 million in annual gross sales leads through on-page and off-page SEO, outbound call campaigns, print ads, marketing, and customer relations. I was also responsible for ordering belts, filters, and other air conditioning parts. I had the pleasure of working with vendors and suppliers while helping my supervisor manage inventory. Other tasks included operating the copy machine, ordering office supplies, receiving and inspecting air conditioners, organizing the warehouse, filing, record-keeping, and dispatch. At Air Dynamics, I gained years of phone service. When the owners sold the company, I provided the administrators with the final website transfers and email migrations.

At Crystal Castle, I sold exotic crystals, statues, jewelry, apparel, and new-age books to a multitude of eager tourist and local clients. Some of the services we offered were live psychics and aura readings.

My first responsibility was working closely with my supervisor and city officials to set up the Business Assistance Center. I frequently provided technical support for clients during meetings, conferences, and events during my employment there. Also, I acted as the receptionist and helped small business owners with the services offered at the center. During multiple business conferences, I gave PowerPoint presentations and advertised the Center's services. My work involved scheduling workspaces for clients and some of the supporting companies. To better help clients, I partnered with Arizona Workforce Connection, Yavapai College, and SCORE.

I was responsible for cleaning all the city buildings in Cottonwood, Arizona. Some of the buildings and facilities I maintained were the Courthouse, Financial Department, Human Resources Center, Exercise Facility, Recreation Center, Public Library, Main Street Gym, Community Club House, multiple doctors offices, a clinic, and the Public Pool. I received generous training and operated all manner of cleaning equipment, including buffers and ride-on floor sweepers. I was often called on to train other employees.

I taught rock music to middle school students in a public school, regularly setting up drums, bass guitar, electric guitar, and keyboards for each session. I worked with students in groups, individually, and in private lessons. In addition, I taught private lessons in the community and had numerous clients.

At the ARC, I worked teaching life skills to developmentally challenged adults. Some activities included cleaning, math, reading, writing, cooking, driving, and music therapy. I helped one client achieve his driver's license and another manage his apartment. In addition, I founded a music therapy program where myself and a co-worker taught a group of clients to play in their own rock band, Les Moore and the In-Betweens!In the Arc's Theatrical Department, during one of the Christmas play's peak moments, the Art Director played a musical soundtrack and effects that I composed. The composition required choreography with the dancers and the plot, so I divided everything into parts, working closely with her to cut and add verses accommodating each segment of the act. We worked with actors, carefully calculating each step to match the beat of the music in a way a skilled performer could follow. I also assisted the director through the entire production and during the live performance, which was well received and beautiful to experience.

I served on night crew stocking groceries in a busy supermarket. My responsibilities included ordering stock, grocery stocking, facing isles, customer service, inventory, and custodial duties, where I operated a floor sweeper and buffer. Also, I’ve built end-cap displays and operated a floor jack unloading supply trucks.

At Babbitt's, I worked in a high-volume retail supermarket focused on tourism from all countries. My responsibilities included helping campers choose the proper equipment for safe and fun hiking. As a long-time resident of Grand Canyon, and an experienced hiker, I recommended trails and day-hikes that always ended with good reports afterward. Another critically important job was ordering inventory.Before working at this branch, I worked at another in Tusayan, Arizona – seven miles outside the Grand Canyon. I performed all manner of grocery work at that location, including produce, coolers, cashier, courtesy clerk, ordering, video sales, floors, retail (tourism/shirts/curios), deli aisle, camping, and frozen foods.
