Commercial Finance Manager
CurrentLeadership role responsible for improving the operational processes and policies in support of DLL's goals, specifically support management of people, reporting, and management of business processes and organizational planning.- Contribute to short and long-term organization planning and strategy of the Account Management Team.- Develop and maintain controls to ensure department compliance.- Ability to work in an empowered work environment with established goals/expected results and minimal supervision.- Proven experience in people management, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.- Conduct portfolio reviews, problem loan account management, and ensure team is proactive in their approach to account management.
