With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working as a head chef, bar manager and deputy manager across my career, I have experience in the full runnings of an establishment within this field. I have gained levels 1/2/3 in hospitality and a qualification in food hygiene - as well as having a personal license. I like to take pride in my work and know that the customer is at the heart of everything I do.
