Toronto Dollar business membership had increased to 150% by Feb 2011 from 2009 levels. 100% Toronto Dollar acceptance in the South Market was achieved in February 2011. A total of 15 North Market businesses accepted Toronto Dollars as of Feb 2011.Toronto Dollar Sales had increased 300% in 2010 in the St. Lawrence Market.
