Summary of Role• Acquisitions for the three funds under management. Sourcing properties in the value range of $10m - $50m (based on in-depth research identifying target markets), negotiation, financial modelling and presentation to an independent Investment Committee. Thorough due diligence process incorporating the instruction of external consultant resources, final contract negotiation and administration until settlement.• Asset Management of ‘active’ properties – specifically purchased with ‘value add’ opportunities. Asset specific strategy commonly involved considerable repositioning (change in design or use) and/or refurbishment.• Project management of active assets, including full building refurbishments with short to medium term disposal. Leading a dedicated project team (project manager, construction manager, architect and various consultants) from inception of the strategy through the design process, tender process,construction and delivering a product.• Monthly and quarterly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and day to day asset management over and above the active management strategies.Achievements• Refurbishment and repositioning of 56 Clarence Street, Sydney (c.$15m refurbishment)• Acquisition of c.$100m in commercial assets for funds• Implementation of new property manager over portfolio

Included in this process was introducing the client to third party consultants (lawyers, fitout consultants) to complete the overall project (exit current lease/building to new lease).• Identification of potential clients, pitch for business in a competitive environment.• Manage client’s ongoing occupancy requirements, advice and portfolio management, including corporate portfolio reviews, exit strategies and rent reviews.Achievements• Client portfolio review (marketing and media group) where the rationalisation of space resulted in c.25% reduction in the size of their portfolio with annual savings c.$1.7m.• Ongoing management of a portfolio of a large marketing and media corporation across Australia and New Zealand (over 50,000m² of office space).

Summary of role• Analytical, strategic, advisory and assurance role on two major property integration / disposal projects (Castrol and Veba), involving assets across western and eastern Europe.• Collate, rationalise and analyse the data for the merged companies.• Prepare and present the strategy proposals for approval to the BP business units, and once approved, action through to implementation.• Ongoing liaison with BP business units and external agents for the disposal / termination / integration of assets.Achievements• Integration of Castrol property assets across western Europe, annual savings c.£4m annually and capital proceeds of c.£35m.• Disposal of excess Veba Oel assets across Germany and eastern Europe, total annual savings were c.€6m with disposal proceeds of c.€50m.• Managing a number of larger Veba consolidation and restack projects throughout eastern Europe.
