Having a background routed in technology and the responsibility for delivering on some of the world’s largest implementations gives me an appreciation for a craft which often is undervalued. Early on in my career I realized that for anything I was doing to be viewed as a success it had to add business value. This created a passion around understanding the impact of a given solution on the economic landscape of the companies I was privileged to partner with.Fortuitously, in the early 2000’s I was introduced to the user experience discipline and found the final piece to the puzzle of successful technology projects.
