Pursuant to my 30 years human resource management experience as a civilian employee for the Air Force and Army at base and headquarters levels, I have developed career planning handbooks, defined executive, managerial and employee competency models, written acquisition personnel policy, classified jobs and trained supervisors in performance appraisal policy and procedures. I have also evaluated organizational performance for 2 agencies. I have also advised on employment practices and rating and ranking criteria.
