Job Description • Checking/screening of requisitions/purchase indents. • Selection of suppliers for issue of enquiries.• Issuing enquiries/tenders and obtaining quotations.• Analyzing quotations and bids and preparation of comparative statement (quotation charts).• Preparation of Costing and Quotation to end user/clients.• Preparation of Purchase Order and insuring the receipt of Ordered items on the agreed time/delivery date.• Physical checking upon the receipt of materials to ensure that ordered items are as per requirement. • Preparation of Delivery Note to end user and ensure that they are well informed of the receipt of their ordered items.• Completing documents for final billing to be submitted to accounts.• Regular status report to the Procurement Manager for pending items for delivery or any other related concerns regarding receipt/delivery of ordered materials.
