I have worked to build my life after navigating grief over the death of my mother for whom I had been caring for ten years. At the same time navigating having three kids, one with chronic fatigue and a husband with bi-polar.Learning it is ok to put myself first, finding whom I was, building confidence in myself, understanding that I am not broken despite childhood difficulty and trauma, and learning how to flourish.In this process, through writing and coffees, I have been helping others who have experienced loss. Those who are going through significant life changes or don't think they have anything to offer. I recently decided to make it official and get the qualifications to match what I was already doing.I am helping others to begin to believe that they are enough and can dream as big as they want. That is ok to have negative feelings about situations, to process those feelings and their experiences so that they become a learning moment and not a roadblock.I have learnt and can help others see, that only 20% of achieving what you want is about knowing how to do a thing (you can learn anytime). But that the critical 80% is actually about WHY you need to change your life. My purpose is to encourage more kindness in the world, normalise honesty and discussions surrounding life's challenges. I want to help others discover their true worth and find their path to genuine gratitude and fulfilment.
