Developed and implemented a retail sales operation as a venue for living artists to realize income and increase public awareness of the artist. The SEAF Store included original works and reproductions in formats ranging from postcards to posters, originals and limited edition prints and memorabilia. Price points in the festival store range from one dollar to $2500 each. Through my efforts, the retail portion of the festival accounted for over one third of revenue. Additional responsibilities include volunteer recruitment, exhibition art sales, initiation and maintenance of a POS system, and design/set-up/tear-down of the venue as well as year-round festival planning.
