Solicited and shortlisted the design team to be engage upon the parent company (Aphria Inc's) go ahead. Reduced the expected budget through investigation and setting parameters/assumptions around scopes of work, provided cost & schedule saving construction building type methodologies shown through an analysis. Developed strong engaging relationships with local business, consulting firms, local municipality, regulators and the operations management team. Further, provided Weekly Update Reports to the President.

Site C - Fort St John

Senior Contracts Manager 2 on the Site C Clean Energy Project located on the Peace River in northeast British Columbia. The estimated cost at completion in 2024 is $10 billion which will include river diversion, construction of a dam, a 1,100 MW hydrogenating station inclusive of a temporary 1600-man lodge. As a key member of the construction management team, responsibilities included management of of several contracts ($500M lodge & expansion, $19M health clinic, and a $2M shuttle service). Provided PPM reporting and updating to BC Hydro Leads. As the project was complex with many regulatory and external stakeholders, my team reported and worked with cross-functional teams. Managed cost, change, claims, and risk. Developed several business cases – all approved & funded. Developed and maintained all contemporary records and documentation relevant to project progress and potential claims. As an extremely technical, demanding and high paced project I was fully valued for my past constructability knowledge, project management and contract law skills to ensure the contractor(s) operated within the confines of the contract.
