The Integration Manager’s goal is to synchronize IT and business cultures and objectives, to align the acquired technology with new business strategies and goals. The integration process is a reflection of how IT is being absorbed as a function of business.• Partnered with Senior Management to research, procure, and implement new flexible work-execution platform for company; benefits show increased work agility, minimization of manual processes, clarity of resource allocation, and automated portfolio reporting.• Facilitated successful deployment of the EDGE Simulcast product to 116 auctions in 10 months on schedule, despite client scheduling changes resulting in reallocation of resources.• Administers the development and deployment of the on-boarding process for all Auction Edge customers from sales to post-installation support. • Streamlines project processes for consistency across all Edge platforms with seamless integration between multiple stages, cross-functional teams, and negotiated timelines.• Spearheads logistics, theme, and company presence at annual trade show.• Stimulates customer satisfaction via consistently skilled verbal and written communications regarding product-related needs from deployment to post-install support.• Coordinates with training teams on-site to manage software configurations, does field testing of applications’ online systems, and monitors go-live events.• Directs and performs day-to-day support for proprietary IBM UNIX and Windows-based software programs; additional support for associated hardware components.
