CurrentJoined forces with leadership to introduce accurate and continual communications to external customers on any aspect of order fulfillment. Pivot accountability alignment for 18 brewery accounts to ensure clients have cartons needed to send out their product.Results— Provide order and inventory management based on forecast and other modeling. Navigate on time and in full shipments. Initiate project management for external customers while developing new business with existing customers. Active participate in Lean Sigma projects and deploy continuous improvement initiatives. Liaison between GPI and our customer on all aspects of account management.
