As a associate in grocery there are many tasks everyday. The most important of all is making sure all customers are finding the products they need and if we do not carry them to help find a replacement. Grocery involves working product on to the shelf as well as detailing the products to have them all pulled forward and faced front. In grocery also I review orders to make sure we are getting what we need in the store. Another task I have to do is random and scheduled counts on items to insure the count is correct, this way there won’t be to much of a product or to little.

My role in customer was to always please the customers needs with primary customer service. Any time I needed to help a customer I would do so with my best effort and if I could not help I would make sure to get the right person to finish helping the customer. I was also in charge of helping to guide the other associates and to watch over them to make sure they were doing their jobs as trained to do so. Customer service staff also involved handing money services as well as opening and closing the cash office.
