AKQA- advertising agency merger integration:• Created full process architecture for advertising agency merger integration, including mapping detailed process flows for all functional areas of the business. Identified enablers, key inputs and outputs, owners and differentiators for each process.Accenture Labs:• Supervised and provided leadership for ten software engineers on Rapid eBusiness Development Team. Performed high-level site design and mapped specific work activities for team, including content aggregation and creation. • Led team of six developers in creating an internal information portal for the Media & Entertainment service line. Developed content plan, set timetables and identified priorities, making the site scalable to meet objectives.• Worked with various teams on emerging technologies including: digital convergence, digital asset management, digital rights management, m-commerce, ebooks, epayments, gaming, digital signatures and others.

One of initial 50 employees; duties included working directly with CEO to design and execute marketing efforts and establishment of the brand through all channels. • Performed detailed market segmentation analysis to target physicians. Achieved 1 million registered members within 10 months of launching integrated marketing efforts.• Performed site traffic analysis measuring key metrics across 21 clinical content areas.• Maintained all interactive advertising campaigns on site, handling insertion orders to meet impression goals.
